Erwin René Jonakaufzki is a multi-award-winning screenwriter and multimedia artist.

In 2022, he was named as a finalist in the WriterDuet 48-Hour Screenplay Throwdown. Most recently, he is the recipient of the Best Short Screenplay award at the 2025 Lovesick Film Festival, and the winner of two Los Angeles Film Awards in the short screenplay category — awarded in 2023 and 2024, respectively.

Erwin is currently preparing projects for the Fairhope Film Festival (2025) and the Beverly Hills Film Festival (2026).
